General Conference

Living in Utah comes with some benefits. One is being close enough to go to General Conference. Mom and Dad came up and the three of us got to go to the Saturday afternoon session.  Here is Dad and I before the session started.

Our cousin Jolynn was sitting behind us and she took a photo of all three of us. It was an amazing experience to go to General Conference and listen to the Prophet and Apostles of the Lord.
Afterwards we met up with Ruth, Cory, the girls and Tyler at The Beehive House for dinner before they went to the Preisthood session. I love the statues and flowers of Temple Square. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to spend time with my wonderful family.

Dinner at my house

With Mom, Dad, and Tyler visiting from Arizona, on one of the nights that I got off at 7, we had dinner at my house.
Everyone was here! Grandpa, Corey, Adaline, Rebecca, Grandma, Tyler and his friend Valerie...
Ruth, Cordelia...

 Kelsie and me...
Jonny...
 and Kayson!
I thought this was an adorable photo of Cordelia chewing on her sock!
Tyler was going to play us his song, but my piano was too out of tune! :-( That will get fixed ASAP!
Papa loves his grandkids, and they love their papa!

I am truly blessed to be part of this wonderful, amazing, yet sometimes crazy, family! I have so many wonder family members, and we've made such wonderful memories together. I'm grateful that we can work together to spend time together and build more memories. I love my family dearly! And I can't wait to see those who aren't nearby!

General Conference

Mom, Dad, and Tyler came up from Arizona to attend General Conference. Mom, dad and I were able to attend the Saturday afternoon session. Here we are before the session started.

Our cousin Jolynn and her husband were sitting behind us, and they were kind enough to take a photo of all three of us after the session ended.
Photos of temple square as we were heading to the Lion House to eat dinner.
All the conference talks were great, but two that really stuck out to me where by Elder Scott and Elder Zwick. I loved both of them and both talks had great insights into relationships and how to better them. I can't wait until the transcripts are ready so that I can print them out and re-read them. Looking forward to the rest of the talks!

Easter Decorations

I love decorations for holidays! Anyone who knows me, knows this to be true. So I found this cute Happy Easter garland on Pintrest, and couldn't help but make one! I thought the one on Pintrest was cute, but I think mine turned out better!  I absolutely love it!
And since I found Crafty Wood Cuts, no holiday is complete with out one of their decorations ornamenting my piano. I loved these two ideas and they were right size, so I purchased them and got them made the day of Adaline's birthday. They accidentally got left at Ruth's but now they are on my piano and I just love them!
